This Fulfillment Policy explains how MAAK Motorsports processes, ships, and delivers orders. By ordering, you agree to it. Please also review our Refund & Cancellation Policy — all sales are final.
After you order, you'll get a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order — it is not a guarantee of acceptance. If an item is unavailable or an error occurred, we'll contact you.
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during launches, holidays, or high volume.
We ship within the United States via [USPS / UPS / other]. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. [Free shipping on orders over $XX — optional.] We currently [do / do not] ship internationally.
After processing, estimated transit is [3–7] business days depending on method and destination. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. MAAK is not responsible for carrier delays.
When your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
You are responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be reshipped at your expense; any adjustment is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once we hand a package to the carrier, it is in their control. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. For items that arrive damaged or incorrect, email support@maakmotorsports.com within [7] days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right per our Refund & Cancellation Policy (replacement or store credit).
We may offer free pickup at select MAAK events. If available, choose it at checkout; bring your order confirmation and ID. Unclaimed pickup orders after [30] days may be handled at our discretion.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
