We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. This includes apparel, headwear, accessories, stickers, jet tags, novelty plates and frames, and all drop, pre-order, and made-to-order items. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before you check out — our size guides are on each product page, and we're happy to help before you buy (email support@maakmotorsports.com).
You may request to cancel an order within one (1) week (7 days) of placing it, and only if the order has not yet shipped or entered production. After 7 days have passed — or once the order has shipped or gone into production, whichever is first — cancellations are no longer accepted. To request a cancellation within the window, email support@maakmotorsports.com with your order number as soon as possible. Approved cancellations are returned to your original payment method; we may deduct non-recoverable processing fees where permitted.
We stand behind our gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@maakmotorsports.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion, at no additional cost to you. This is the sole remedy for such items; cash refunds are not provided.
Made-to-order, print-on-demand, personalized, and limited "drop" items begin production quickly and cannot be cancelled once production has started, even within the 7-day window.
If you have any issue, contact us first — we want to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or for reasons contrary to this policy (which you agreed to at checkout), may result in the loss of future ordering privileges.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is conspicuously posted in accordance with California Civil Code §1723. Because our policy is posted, California's default return rule does not apply, and our all-sales-final policy governs as stated above. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you may have under California law, including remedies for products that are defective or not as described.
